Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance for Le Petit Munet, and 3 days in advance for Le Pigeonnier, La Grange, and Le Petit Logis. Any booking made less than these terms will be automatically canceled.
Method of payment :
By bank transfer.
When Booking: A deposit of 25% of the full amount of the stay is required to confirm the booking.
2 Weeks prior to the arrival date : The balance of 75% has to be sent by bank transfert
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of 1,500€ is required, either by cheque or bank transfer and has to be sent prior to the arrival date. This will only be cashed in the event of damages to the property, and the cheque will be given back on departure or bank transfer refunded.

Cancelation Condition:
Cancellation is possible without charge up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival, and the 25% deposit is refunded.
If the period has passed, the deposit of 25% will be retained, and the property is free to be re-rented.
Within the 2-week period prior to the arrival of guests, no refund is possible, on the full amount paid.
Although, rather than forfit your reservation monies, it is possible to reprogram a future stay if justified.
The rates of any new booking is subject to the seasonal period prices.
